1. Double pulse, single pulse, CO2 multiple welding modes optional.
2. Adopt high-speed dual-processor DSP(Digital Si--gn Processor), highly integrated in 32-bit MCU, through the precise function operation of micro-processor to control welding machine's each performance and working process, its control is unprecedented accurate and reliable .Excellent welding performance, excellent welding quality .
3.DP With expert data system ,PM-5000DP can store 10 groups of custom welding data.
4. Used to weld aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel. With 2 steps, 4 steps, special 4 steps Al. welding program, synergic welding function.
5.Special 4-step aluminum welding procedures: when welding aluminum, copper and good thermal conductivity metal, it is easy to lose heat when starting arc, the parent material is difficult to melt. With the special 4-step program, big current is used when starting arc , after the arc is started, the current is gradually reduced to normal welding current and then drop down to crater current to fill the crater when stop welding.
