AWS E6013
Vertical Down Welding Electrode
For Mild Steel
AWS A5.1-2004: E6013
ASME SFA-5.1:E6013
BS EN ISO 2560-B-E 4313 A
GB/T5117 E4313
Introduction:
AWS E6013 (J421D) is a kind of carbon steel electrode, for welding of the mild steel, especially used for sheet metal vertical down welding. AC or DC. All-position welding. It has excellent operating performance, easy re-strike, easy slag removal and stable arc, it has smooth and clean weld appearance.
Application:
Suitable for welding general carbon steel and zinc-coated steel sheets for ships, especially suitable for vertical downward welding and intermittent welding on thin plates.
Chemical Composition of Deposited Metal (%)
Mechanical Properties of Deposited Metal
X-Ray Radiographic Inspection: Grade II
Size and Recommended Welding Current (AC or DC)
Notice: Normally the welding electrode does not need to re-bake in case it is affected with damp seriously re-bake it at 150ºC for 30-60 minutes before use.
Packing: 5kg/box, 4boxes/carton, 50cartons/pallet. 21MT -26MT per 1X20" FCL.
